We empower healthcare professionals and patients with the tools and information needed to effectively recognize cancer symptoms, ensuring timely treatment and improved outcomes. As we expand our impact into new markets, we are looking for a passionate Design Lead to join our talented team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, and a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining health product at its earliest stages. You’ll be owning everything from core interaction patterns and emotional tone to developing a scalable design system.
What You’ll Do

- Translate complex risk assessment outputs and diagnostic pathways into clear, accessible user experiences
- Partner closely with C-suite, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive experiences that align with our business strategy
- Conduct lightweight user research and testing to continuously validate and improve the experience
- Establish and evolve design systems, principles, and best practices
- Set the bar for design craft while balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment
- Lay the groundwork for building and mentoring a design team over time
