  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Product Management, and Software/Hardware teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmaps to focus on fast, efficient deployments.

  • Develop and standardize training documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, site hand-over checklists, and field deployment best practices.

  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership on project timelines, risks, and team performance.

  • Support talent development by mentoring and coaching team members and leading performance management processes.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 7+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or deployment engineering roles, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or project management capacity is required.

  • Proven track record of managing customer-facing technical deployments across multiple locations.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences including executive stakeholders and frontline operators.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in technical documentation, data reporting, and project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $105,780 - $196,440 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). In addition to base salary, some positions are eligible for an annual performance based bonus.
