THE ROLE
AG1 is looking for a Demand Planner, Supply Chain (Contract) to support our North America team through end of March '26 by leveraging data insights, visualization, and analytics to drive business growth. Reporting to the Director S&OP on the Planning and Inventory Management team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, work with the Commercial and Finance teams to gain insights on future growth plans, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that optimize forecast accuracy.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven planner who enjoys solving business problems, building reports, working across the organization and translating complex data into clear insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a background in forecasting, supply chain planning, and cross-functional collaboration. As this position supports our fast-paced global supply chain initiatives, you must be solution oriented, collaborative and resourceful in shaping recommendations that will better position our finished good supply, and set our business up for success as we grow and scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze past demand performance and use insights from Finance and Commercial partners to create and maintain a monthly SKU and channel level rolling 12 month demand plan for the North America geography.
- Drive forecast accuracy by working across the Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams providing them fact-based data driven insights to align on future forecasts, including growth opportunities, risks, and product and retail expansion plans.
- Update results weekly to present to cross functional partners with estimates on variances to forecast.
- Use visualization tools to present monthly the updated forecast to Finance and Supply Chain.
- Provide monthly updated forecasts to the 3PLs by node.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and planning by integrating historical performance data with market trends to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Regularly communicate findings and recommendations via dashboards, presentations, and written summaries to ensure stakeholders understand and can act on the insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain robust, reliable data pipelines and implement data quality checks.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders, delivering insights in a timely and accurate manner.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of professional experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (Netsuite experience is preferred, or SAP, Oracle, or other relevant software).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and inventory management best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting and planning.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A no-compromises approach to the quality of your work and are a team player.

- Comfortable working in a remote setting.
- Knowledgeable in all things MS Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with consumer products in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and/or CPG a plus.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various audiences.
- Highly curious and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
