We are seeking a motivated Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the "tactical engine" behind our marketing programs, working closely with sales and marketing sub-functions to execute multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and move prospects through the buyer’s journey. You will support ABM strategies by researching target accounts and personalizing outreach to our most valuable prospective clients.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the launch and management of multi-channel demand generation programs, including custom events, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

  • ABM Support: Research high-priority accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them for strategic outreach.

  • Sales Enablement: Create email templates, call scripts, and collateral for the sales team to use in following up on marketing-generated interest.

  • Content & Assets: Develop lead-nurturing email sequences and assist in developing landing pages or digital assets to support campaign goals.

  • Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates) and provide reports to help optimize lead quality and marketing efficiency.

  • Lead Management: Vet incoming leads and ensure qualified prospects are efficiently handed over to Sales with relevant background info.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships in B2B demand generation or sales development preferred).

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

  • Communication: Strong writing skills are essential for creating persuasive emails and marketing copy.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and a curiosity for identifying trends in buyer behavior.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Operations.

Reasonably expected salary range: $68,400.00 - $85,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
