We’re looking for a detail-oriented and growth-minded Demand Generation Specialist to support multi-channel campaign execution and own specific programs across our entire product portfolio.
This role will support selected tactics related to our Email product offering but will primarily focus on owning demand programs for our Data side of business, while leading webinars and selected events.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to gain experience across multiple marketing areas like email, events, ABM, and grow into a strategic demand generation leader.
We are currently hiring candidates who can work a hybrid office-based position (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in Validity's Boston (Financial District) office, or candidates who are available for a remote opportunity in one of the following states in the USA: CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NC, OH, PA, RI, TX.

Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options. Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- In collaboration with the broader marketing team, execute multi-channel campaigns across email, content syndication, webinars, events, ABM, and paid media.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support Demand Generation Manager as needed.
- Own execution of our regional events and trade shows in partnership with local teams.
- Partner with Brand and Content to execute webinars end-to-end (planning, promotion, execution, follow-up).
- Report on performance and pipeline impact.
- Track MQL, pipeline, and campaign performance.
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper lead routing and campaign tagging.
- Coordinate webinar and event follow-up with SDRs.
- Smooth campaign execution with strong attention to detail.
- High-performing webinars and regional events.
- Strong operational discipline and reporting accuracy.
- 2-4 years in B2B SaaS marketing or demand generation.
- Experience supporting or owning multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfort working with performance data.
- Interest in growing into a strategic demand generation role.
