ABOUT THE ROLE
The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
This is a hands-on, execution focused role responsible for supporting account-based marketing (ABM) and broader demand generation campaigns across email, social, content, events, and paid channels. The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, launched on time, and continuously improved based on performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Support execution of ABM and demand generation campaigns aligned to defined audiences, accounts, and growth priorities
Assist with campaign build, launch, and maintenance across marketing systems (e.g., email, social media, website landing pages, and paid programs)
Help translate target account lists, personas, and campaign goals into executable marketing tactics
Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization based on engagement and conversion data
Campaign Asset Development
Draft and adapt campaign content, including email, paid ad, and landing page copy aligned to campaign objectives
Support development of campaign collateral and support assets (e.g., one-pagers, webinar follow-up materials, event assets, etc) using existing templates and brand guidelines
Iterate on copy and assets based on performance insights and feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement
Coordinate with Sales and Account Management to support campaign alignment, handoff, and follow-up
Prepare and present internal teams with campaign context, timelines, and performance insights
Support creation and organization of campaign assets, templates, and documentation
Measurement & Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance, including target account engagement and reach, lead volume, conversion, and pipeline contribution
Assist with maintaining dashboards and performance summaries
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and execution efficiency
Performs other duties as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
3+ years proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or accountbased marketing.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales teams.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B environments preferred.
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo and other marketing tools/technologies
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment.
Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and optimization
Adaptable, execution oriented, and collaborative
POSITION LOGISTICS
Position is Remote, EST time zone preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $61,297 - $74,910 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
