The Marketing Manager, B2C will own and lead Lumivero’s global inbound and lifecycle marketing strategy for Lumivero’s research line of business (LOB)—including NVivo, Atlas.ti, XLSTAT, and Citavi. This role will focus on driving e-commerce growth through effective inbound programs, personalized automation, and data-informed optimization across all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global B2C marketing strategy focused on inbound and lifecycle automation to grow Lumivero’s customer base across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Manage full-funnel B2C campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert customers online, collaborating closely with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
- Develop and lead inbound marketing programs—such as webinars, premium content, and educational resources—that build awareness, generate demand, and drive e-commerce conversions across Lumivero’s brands.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle programs and automated workflows that move prospects seamlessly from interest to purchase.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance e-commerce conversion paths and improve the overall customer journey across touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Marketing and executive leadership to align messaging, packaging, and promotional efforts with customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and report on key performance metrics, including CAC, CLV, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to make data-informed optimizations.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure results and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and reactivation opportunities that drive repeat purchases and customer growth.
- Lead A/B tests and high-impact experiments across channels to continuously improve funnel performance.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution within budget.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain consistent messaging and a seamless experience across all channels.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within SaaS or digital products.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize B2C marketing campaigns across web, webinars, email, and sponsored content.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and experience building lifecycle marketing programs that improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of key performance metrics including CAC, CLV, cart abandonment, and e-commerce funnel optimization.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with complex data sets from CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other sources to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with teams managing paid media, SEO, and social channels.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a drive to take ownership and deliver measurable impact.
