Description

Vega is one of the fastest-growing startups in cybersecurity, redefining security analytics and operations with an AI-native platform for the SOC.

We are building the next-generation operating system for security teams. Vega is already delivering real impact at some of the world’s largest organizations - improving detection, unlocking the value of their security data, and reducing cost and complexity.

With HQs in New York and TLV, we’re looking for people who want to be a part of the next rocket-ship in cyber.

We’re hiring our first Demand Generation Manager. You’ll own most of what brings prospects to us and turns them into pipeline: paid SEO and AEO, email, webinars, lifecycle, and whatever else works.

We are looking for someone who treats this like a craft, who runs experiments constantly, gets a little obsessed with why something converted (or didn’t), and uses AI tools every day because they make the work better, not because it’s on a roadmap.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full demand engine. Paid search, paid social, programmatic, sponsorships, SEO, AEO, content distribution, email, nurture, webinars.
  • Run experiments every week. New ad creative, new landing pages, new audiences, new CTAs, new subject lines.
  • Own AEO. Build the strategy that gets Vega cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews when someone asks about modern SOC tooling.
  • Use AI tools to do more with less. Prompts, agents, automations, whatever you reach for. We expect this to feel like magic, not like an extra step.
  • Get the most out of every dollar. Manage bids, budgets, audiences, and creative across paid channels. Tell us honestly what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Build the path to convert. Work with web and design on landing pages, forms, and on-site personalization. Have a real opinion on what should be gated.
  • Run nurture in HubSpot. Segmentation, scoring, sequences, lead handoff to SDRs. Make it good enough that Sales actually wants the leads.
  • Own the numbers. Build the dashboards.
Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand gen or growth marketing. Cybersecurity or technical SaaS preferred.
  • A scrappy, builder mentality. You’d rather ship something rough today and learn than wait for perfect.
  • Real A/B testing experience. We’ll ask you to walk us through tests you’ve run, what you thought would happen, what actually happened, and what you did about it.
  • Hands-on AEO experience. You’ve actively worked on getting a brand into LLM answers and have a point of view on what moves the needle.
  • You use AI tools every day across writing, research, ops, and analysis. This is a habit, not an ambition.
  • Solid in HubSpot (or similar), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
