Breezeway is hiring for a Demand Generation Manager  to accelerate growth at Breezeway and own demand. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about performance marketing, loves new challenges, and innately curious to learn,  test and try new things. You will be responsible for working closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue teams to optimize existing marketing channels and drive the strategy and execution of new channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, a love of data, and exceptional  analytical and communication skills.

This is a high-impact role reporting to the VP of Marketing, with significant potential to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition programs across channels such as LinkedIn and other digital platforms to drive qualified traffic and pipeline growth
  • Build and scale our account-based marketing (ABM) motion
  • Launch campaigns in new international markets and closely monitor ROI.
  • Collect feedback from the field on an ongoing basis to optimize campaigns and iterate upon them.
  • Continually optimize for performance with tactics such as landing page testing, funnel optimization, and ad copy testing.
  • Report performance and results to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and identify new opportunities
  • Expertise in 2+ growth channels or surface areas (e.g. paid, outbound, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, ABM), with the ability to delve into new channels
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Strong  understanding of marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and newer GTM tools (Clay, etc)
