Demand Generation Manager may specialize in SMB, Velocity, or Cross‑Sell/Up‑Sell programs, driving targeted pipeline growth through strategic, multi‑channel campaigns.
What You’ll DoCollaborate with marketing leadership, product marketing, and customer success to understand key business needs, customer personas, and product value across the Therapy Brand customer base.
Define clear campaign goals, KPIs, and milestones for launch, optimization, and cross‑functional alignment.
Own pipeline and bookings targets by designing and executing the right marketing mix—including email, webinars, PPC, social, web content, direct mail, and more.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across email, web, social, events, and digital channels.
Coordinate campaign execution with sales, marketing writers, designers, events, corporate marketing, and marketing operations.
Partner with customer success for continuous closed‑loop feedback on lead quality and program performance.
Monitor and manage quarterly campaign budgets and performance against goals.
Analyze campaign data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and optimize for efficiency and impact.
Support cross‑functional collaboration, adapting easily to different teams, work styles, and stakeholder needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Contribute strong writing and editing skills to ensure compelling, clear, and succinct messaging.
Execute and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.
3–5 years of B2B Demand Generation experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with campaign metrics and performance dashboards.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a methodical approach to creating scalable solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across marketing, product, sales, and customer success.
Confident presentation skills and experience communicating with executive and sales audiences.
Strong writing/editing skills with an ability to articulate value persuasively.
Experience operating successfully in fast-moving, high‑growth environments.
