About the Role:
The Demand Generation Manager is a pivotal role responsible for building out the demand generation function at Form Health, including developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion. This role involves creating demand generation best practices, identifying and onboarding vendors and partners, hands-on management of demand generation and ABM campaigns, and developing deep partnerships with the sales team to drive qualified opportunities. The position requires expertise in B2B healthcare marketing, particularly in reaching employer groups, and demands strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
What You Will Do:
- Implement best-in-class demand generation strategies and tactics, creating a tech stack, campaigns, and measurement strategies from the ground up.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and webinars to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on ad platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative development, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes, maintaining regular communication on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Leverage Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to create sophisticated lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, and attribution models that guide prospects through the entire buyer journey.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies specifically targeting employer groups, health plans, and benefits administrators in the healthcare space.
- Analyze campaign performance across all channels, providing detailed reporting on key metrics including pipeline contribution and revenue attribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand generation efforts with broader business objectives and customer insights.
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations that impact employer-sponsored healthcare benefits and wellness programs.
- Manage demand generation budget allocation across channels and vendors, ensuring efficient spend and clear ROI measurement.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign tactics, messaging, and channels to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
About You:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong preference for healthcare industry experience, particularly in marketing to employer groups, health plans, or benefits organizations.
- Excited to roll up your sleeves and build out things from scratch, find creative solutions to problems, and use your past experiences to inform our go-forward approach.
- Proven expertise managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated success in lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM including campaign management, lead scoring, automation rules, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and demand generation tools for lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and experience collaborating with sales teams on lead qualification, handoff processes, and pipeline development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and make strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging for healthcare audiences and present campaign results to leadership.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets.
