About the Role

We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in scaling inbound pipeline through smarter digital strategy, high-converting web experiences, and performance-focused programs. You’ll own website performance as a key demand lever and champion initiatives that turn interest into action across paid, organic, and content-driven channels.

This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll bring deep expertise in SEO and CRO, a keen eye for funnel optimization, and a bias for experimentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across content, RevOps, product marketing, and development to continually improve how we generate, capture, and convert demand.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Growth Strategy
  • Design and own strategic demand gen programs that increase awareness, accelerate buyer journeys, and drive a qualified pipeline.
  • Work across channels (organic, paid, email, webinars, content syndication, etc.) to align marketing efforts with buyer intent and revenue goals.
  • Champion an always-on experimentation culture - identifying new tactics, channels, or technologies to test and optimize.
Website Performance & Conversion Optimization
  • Own the website - providing demand gen insights, conversion priorities, and campaign integration needs.
  • Lead CRO efforts: conduct audits, A/B tests, heat mapping, and behavioral analytics to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.
  • Partner with design, content, and development teams to implement conversion-focused updates across high-impact pages and lead capture paths.
SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO roadmap, including technical, on-page, and content optimization initiatives.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO insights inform blog strategy, resource creation, and landing page development.
  • Monitor keyword performance and site health, making recommendations for improvements based on analytics and search trends.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain reporting to monitor web performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, attribution, and funnel insights are accurate and actionable.
  • Translate data into clear performance narratives that inform planning, prioritization, and team alignment.
About You
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, digital strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven success in owning website performance and leading SEO and CRO initiatives end-to-end.
  • Experience building and leading campaigns from concept to execution cross-functionally
  • Strong track record of building a pipeline and driving bookings through marketing efforts
  • Data-driven and an overall analytical thinker
  • Proficiency with tools such as 6sense, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and marketing attribution tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.

This role will ideally be located within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston OR Atlanta areas. The base salary range for this role is $120,000- $135,000.  Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
