Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to support our demand generation efforts across channels. This key individual contributor role is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive qualified B2B leads, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will be part of a small team of B2B digital marketers and work with agencies, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that leverage ABM, paid media, SEO, web, email marketing, affiliates/influencers, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution:

  • Deliver and optimize B2B campaigns across digital channels, including SEM/SEO, social media, programmatic, affiliates/influencers, and email.
  • Create, test and optimize tailored content across channels including social media, video and web, utilizing data to drive strategy.
  • Build and implement ABX campaigns in partnership with the sales team to reach and engage target accounts. 
  • Support creation and delivery of multichannel content that generates qualified leads and nurtures prospects across the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve and refine strategies.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor demand generation KPIs and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to uncover insights and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Innovation & Optimization:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, demand generation technologies, and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Test, measure, and optimize campaigns to ensure the highest performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance demand generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience building high-performing marketing programs.
  • Experience managing B2B demand generation campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic, email, etc.).
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience working with agencies and supporting vendor relationships.
  • Passion for driving business growth through innovative digital strategies.
  • Experience creating content across multiple formats that aligns with the buyers journey and drives measurable engagement & conversion.
  • Familiarity with incorporating generative AI tools into marketing workflows to ideate, create, personalize or optimize content for demand generation campaigns.
