Job Description

As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and support SmartRent’s growth objectives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our target audiences. This role is ideal for a digital-savvy, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (direct, paid, email, webinar, account-based marketing, etc.) across the buyer’s journey.
  • Partner with sales to align on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), key personas, and lead follow-up strategies to ensure campaigns drive measurable pipeline.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to build, launch, and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, Pipeline ARR, etc.) to identify insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product marketing, content, communications) and external partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to continuously elevate our programs.
  • Test, iterate, and scale what works—bringing curiosity and creativity to every campaign.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue. Experience executing campaigns across email, webinar, and account-based marketing (ABM) is ideal.
  • Familiarity with key platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills—able to prioritize, pivot, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present results clearly.
  • A passion for innovation, experimentation, and finding new ways to engage prospects and customers.
