About the company
Our client is a financial technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a small marketing group responsible for generating sales pipeline through account-based programs, paid channels and events. Share a single pipeline goal with the sales organization, manage the budget behind it and decide where limited spend delivers the best return.
What you'll do
- Forecast and deliver one marketing-sourced pipeline goal, using a funnel definition agreed with the sales team.
- Maintain a tiered list of target accounts that fits the ideal customer profile, and coordinate outreach with sales development so prospects experience one coordinated approach.
- Run account-based programs judged on qualified demos booked rather than engagement.
- Distribute paid budget across search, social and newer AI-driven channels based on cost per qualified opportunity, and fix or stop channels that underperform.
- Raise conversion through structured testing instead of wholesale redesigns.
- Choose and manage a yearly slate of events and webinars, negotiating pricing, preparing sales colleagues and keeping follow-up on schedule.
- Lead three direct reports using weekly scorecards, hold external agencies to written performance targets and document channel playbooks.
- Use AI tools for account research, personalization, content creation and campaign analysis.

- Experience managing a program of conferences and trade shows from selection through follow-up, handled remotely.
- Everyday use of AI tools in marketing, with results to point to.
