The Role
Eve is building a modern demand engine to support rapid growth across inbound, outbound, and enterprise sales motions. As Demand Generation Manager, you will own and execute key programs that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, driven, highly curious, and eager to operate across the full demand stack. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps partners to turn strategy into execution and data into action.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute demand generation programs across SEO, website optimization, outbound campaigns, newsletters, and sponsorships
- Support performance marketing initiatives in partnership with internal teams and agencies
- Launch and optimize always-on and campaign-driven programs that drive qualified pipeline
- Build and execute outbound and integrated campaigns aligned to product, sales, and field priorities
- Partner with SDRs and Sales on messaging, targeting, and follow up
- Improve website performance through landing page optimization, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand on messaging, positioning, and creative
- Use data to identify friction points and opportunities across the funnel
- Build and manage campaigns, workflows, lists, and reporting in HubSpot
- Maintain clean data, accurate attribution, and reliable reporting
- Partner with Marketing Ops to scale processes and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, and reporting
- Comfortable running ads or supporting paid media programs across channels like LinkedIn and Google
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new channels and approaches
- Able to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
