Description

📍 Remote | 💰$45,000 - $65,000 | Full-Time

We're Not Looking for Employees. We're Looking for Builders.

Level Agency is hiring a Demand Generation & Events Coordinator—an execution-first marketer who turns bold ideas into pipeline impact. You’ll set up campaigns, orchestrate flawless event logistics, and keep lead flow clean and actionable.

If you're not just here to work—but to build—you’re in the right place.

This Isn’t for Everyone.

We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and high performance go hand-in-hand. You’ll thrive here if:
✅ You love pressure, autonomy, and accountability
✅ You’ve failed, learned fast, and come back stronger
✅ You treat AI and innovation as second nature

And just as true, you will not thrive here if:
❌ Growth feels like a burden
❌ Feedback makes you uncomfortable
❌ You crave predictability

About Level

We’re an AI-powered performance marketing agency—built for precision, designed to scale, and powered by a scientific mindset. At Level, we blend strategy, creativity, media, and machine intelligence to deliver the right ad, to the right person, in the right place—at the right price. Every time. At scale.

We’ve been named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work and one of Inc. 500's Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Our client roster spans ecommerce, B2B, education, healthcare, and everything in between.

Your Role (and Impact)

You’ll help drive marketing execution that fuels measurable growth—setting up paid media campaigns, managing event logistics, and keeping lead flow and reporting clean. You’ll be a key builder in Level’s pipeline engine.

What Game-Changers Do Here:

Execute Paid Media

  • Set up and optimize entry-level paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Manage UTM tracking, budget pacing, and audience segmentation

Run Event & Field Marketing Logistics

  • Coordinate ~8 conferences annually, including swag, booth shipping, team travel, and lead capture setup
  • Ensure flawless execution and no on-site surprises

Manage Audience Activation

  • Own list management in HubSpot and Airtable
  • Handle segmentation, suppression, and enrichment via Clearbit and other tools

Ensure Campaign Hygiene

  • Implement tracking pixels, test landing pages/forms, and verify UTM consistency
  • Maintain campaign documentation and process clarity

Support Lead Flow & Follow-Up

  • Ensure leads flow cleanly into HubSpot workflows
  • Partner with RevOps and SDR teams to activate follow-up sequences

Deliver Performance Reporting

  • Pull and summarize weekly performance metrics
  • Flag anomalies and deliver scorecards to Marketing Programs Lead

Drive Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation or AI use
  • Document SOPs and help scale execution quality and speed
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):

Paid media campaigns tagged correctly with <2% tracking error

Zero missed shipments, delays, or on-site issues for event logistics

Weekly performance scorecard delivered by Monday 10 a.m. ET without reminders

Document ≥ 5 SOP updates or automation improvements that streamline team operations

Requirements
Real AI & Innovation Expectations

AI is a required toolset here—not a bonus skill. You’ll be expected to:

  • Continuously experiment with AI tools to improve speed, quality, and output
  • Document and share what you learn with the team
  • Use AI as a force multiplier for creativity and efficiency—not a shortcut
You’ll Thrive If You Are:
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, events, sales operations, or equivalent internships/co-ops
  • Familiar with at least one paid media platform (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and basic CPC/CPA optimization
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and CRM/marketing tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing detail
  • Strong communicator—comfortable liaising with vendors, internal teams, and executives
  • Able to travel up to 15% domestically for conferences and on-site support
  • Working knowledge of HTML, UTMs, or Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with event platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo) or lead capture tools (iCapture)
  • Google Ads Search or LinkedIn Marketing Fundamentals certification
  • Exposure to AI tools for copywriting or image editing
Our Core Values (a.k.a. How We Operate):

No Ego, All In
We don’t do “that’s not my job.” We lift each other up and win as a team.

Better Every Day
We crave growth and seek feedback—even when it’s tough.

Relentless for Results
We deliver outcomes, not activity. The scoreboard matters.

Driven by Truth
We speak up, challenge assumptions, and let data lead.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
