We’re looking for a Demand Generation Campaigns Manager to join our team and drive new business pipeline and revenue through high-performing, data-driven campaigns.
This role is best suited for a hands-on marketer who excels as both a tactical executor and technical optimizer, with a strong focus on paid media performance and demand funnel optimization. While overall funnel strategy is owned by the Senior Manager, Demand Generation that the Campaigns Manager will report to, this role owns campaign-level execution, performance, and optimization, with clear accountability to business outcomes.
A Day in Your Life- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media–led demand generation campaigns, including LinkedIn, 6sense, and Google Ads, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Own campaign performance measurement across the funnel, using data to continuously test, iterate, and improve results.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics and Operations to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and shared understanding of campaign performance.
- Execute ABM campaigns as part of a broader omni-channel demand strategy, leveraging a Target Account List without limiting reach to ABM alone.
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns with sales priorities and ensure effective lead follow-up and pipeline creation.
- Partner with the Events & Field Marketing Manager to support event-related campaigns that drive attendance, engagement, and post-event pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, creative, and sales to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through paid and integrated demand campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and rapid optimization.
- Experience working closely with Sales; experience managing or supporting SDR alignment is a plus.
- Tech Stack Experience: Marketing Operations & CRM (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, Clay), ABM and Intent Software (i.e. 6sense), Native Advertising Platforms (i.e. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit)
- Bonus: experience marketing AI-driven solutions to technical and business decision-makers, possibly in industrial technology or manufacturing
