About the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile, creative, and data-driven Demand Generation & Content Marketing Specialist to own lead generation and content marketing. As an early marketing hire in our fast-growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our marketing strategy while also owning execution of our content marketing and multi-channel demand generation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an agile, evolving environment—someone who can switch from optimizing ad campaigns to writing compelling content, launching social media initiatives, and brainstorming growth experiments. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
Shape and evolve our brand voice across digital marketing, content, and social media platforms.
Create engaging content—including blog posts, social media copy, landing pages, emails, and ad creatives—that resonates with our audience.
Own and manage our social media presence, driving engagement and community growth.
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging email, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Experiment with creative growth strategies, staying agile and adapting based on performance insights.
Work closely with sales, product, and the CEO to align messaging and optimize conversion paths.
Analyze performance data to refine tactics, improve ROI, and uncover new opportunities.
Wear multiple hats—jump in where needed to support broader marketing and business needs as we scale.
3 - 5 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, and growth marketing.
Proven ability to create engaging content and develop a strong, unique brand voice.
Experience managing social media channels and driving audience engagement.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay).
Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, data reporting, and campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and content-driven demand generation.
Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment and iterate.
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or early-stage startups.
Familiarity with ABM, influencer marketing, and community-building strategies.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and emerging content trends.
