Job Description

A bit about this role:

You’ll spend 8 weeks turning manual tasks into smart, automated workflows using Orinoco and Snowflake Cortex. If you’re a data-curious problem solver looking to build tools that actually go live, this role offers a hands-on way to bridge the gap between messy manual processes and the future of AI-driven operations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor Member Trends: Create an AI-driven system to analyze member grievances and identify emerging issues within Food & Home card operations

  • Strengthen Fraud Detection: Develop a real-time "smoke alarm" tool to flag spending anomalies and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.

  • Automate Data Oversight: Replace manual audits with AI monitoring to catch errors and inconsistencies in high-volume provider rosters.

  • Drive Operational Readiness: Transition teams from periodic spot-checks to continuous, automated oversight to ensure 2027 benefit readiness

Required Skills:
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to map out a manual process and translate it into logical instructions for an AI.

  • Data Curiosity: Comfort navigating internal data sources to find the "Source of Truth."

  • Execution-Minded: A focus on building tools that actually work in production, not just theoretical models.

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

Our Total Rewards package includes:

  • Employer sponsored health, dental and vision plan with low or no premium

  • Generous paid time off

  • $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend

  • 401K program

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants.
