- Support end-to-end project workstreams that apply optimization, analytics, and AI to logistics and distribution challenges.
- Structure business problems into analytical approaches, including defining objectives, constraints, decision variables, and key performance metrics.
- Build and/or support operations research models (e.g., linear/integer programming, network flow, heuristics, simulation as appropriate) and translate outputs into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to improve service, cost, and operational performance (e.g., throughput, capacity utilization, on-time/in-full delivery).
- Contribute to solution design for advanced AI-enabled decision systems, including the role of agentic AI for multi-site networks and operational coordination.
- Develop clear client-ready deliverables, including slide decks, analyses, and documentation, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to validate assumptions, refine recommendations, and support adoption.
What You'll Bring
- 3 years of experience in decision analytics, operations research, optimization, or a related quantitative role (industry or consulting).
- Strong foundation in optimization and analytical problem-solving, with the ability to apply methods to real operational contexts.
- Experience working with data to develop insights and recommendations, including comfort with messy data, assumptions, and trade-offs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience applying analytics/optimization in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution, including distribution environments (e.g., wholesale/retail or healthcare distribution).
- Exposure to AI applications in operations (e.g., decision intelligence, predictive + prescriptive analytics, agent-based approaches).
- Fluency in English
