About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. Millions of individuals use ElevenLabs to read articles, voice over their videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. And the leading developers and enterprises use ElevenLabs to create AI agents for support, sales, and education.

ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing ElevenLabs at $3.3 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with continued support from the leading names in tech, including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Oculus VR co-founder Brendan Iribe, DeepMind and Inflection co-founder Mustafa Suleyman, and many others.

ElevenLabs is only 2 years old and scaling rapidly. We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and have an incredible impact, we would love to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. We are remote first with optional in-person offices in San Francisco, New York, Dublin, London, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

About the role

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Revenue Operations teams to own the deal execution lifecycle for our most critical customers—from complex consumption‑based quotes to bespoke enterprise contracts—ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance at every step. You’ll also partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to unblock approvals, automate manual tasks, and continuously refine our pricing engine and sales processes:

  • Implement and own quote generation and approval workflows in Configure Price Quote (CPQ), handling custom configurations, volume tiers, and usage‑based pricing logic.

  • Coordinate contract drafting, redlines, and signature workflows in CLM tools with Legal and external counsel to meet various requirements and compliance standards.

  • Analyze deal‑cycle analytics and build dashboards that highlight bottlenecks; recommend and implement automations to shave days off turnaround times.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on pricing, discounting, and contract terms for the sales organization

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or administering Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, especially integrating with Salesforce.

  • Experience in finance or legal operations in a fast-paced and high ownership environment.

  • Proven track record of reducing deal‑cycle times by ≥30% through process optimizations or automation.

  • Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets, price books, and approval workflows.

  • Ability to make value judgements that balance business, financial, and legal priorities.

Bonus:

  • Experience administering and conducting workflows in Contract Lifecycle Manage

  • Knowledge of AI/ML industry pricing models and competitive landscape

  • Experience scaling deal desk processes in a high-growth environment

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
