Role Summary: The Senior Analyst, TA Operations will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the talent acquisition team with an emphasis on data , reporting, process and project management.

- Develop as SME for TA systems, processes and operating model
Day to Day:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Analysts primary area’s of responsibility will be focused on reporting and the quality of data captured in various systems. Additionally, this role will partner with the TA team to ensure crisp execution of process and efficient use of systems..
- Operations and Project Management: partner with the head of TA and internal HR business partners in building process maps and assessing the current workflow and supporting systems with an eye on efficiency and recruiter/stakeholder experience;
- Process Documentation: in partnership with site recruiting leads, build a comprehensive process map for each location from application to day 1 and use this information to inform decision making around systems and resourcing decisions.
- Systems and Data: Become the TA SME for the (2) applicant tracking systems, how recruiters are engaging with each system with an eye on efficiency and ensuring we have the right data to share the story of our work.

- 2-3 Years of Experience as an analyst within a Human Resources team
- Knowledge of Recruiting processes and how modern recruiting and talent teams supporting a technology business
- Is collaborative and capable of building relationships and working effectively with HR team members with different backgrounds and area’s of expertise.
- Is Creative – loves developing and building story documents
- Experience with the MS suite of products. Skilled at developing, maintaining and presenting detailed plans used to track projects, make business cases and build support
- Organized, proactive, high energy and solutions focused
- Excellent writing skills & presentations skills
