JOB SUMMARY:
Revenue Reporting & Compliance Analyst supports the Customer Service Organization in many areas including but not limited to contract interpretation, customer billing, issue resolution, manual tracking of data that is called out in the customer contracts, and client terminations. This position also works in coordination with the OTC team to submit data for contractually supported billing changes. This position is an integral part of the Revenue Reporting and Compliance Team and will work side by side with other team members to ensure that all data is captured to allow processing of contractually supported elements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and interpret contractual agreements.
  • Identify revenue impacts related to contractual changes.
  • Calculate financial impacts for healthcare related to terminations, credits, review of footprints tickets, contractual changes, or clients at risk due to critical service issues.
  • Weekly reporting of financial impacts for healthcare forecasting.
  • Work with footprints ticketing system to process terminations and resolve client issues regarding healthcare billing, provide copies of invoices upon request, copies of contracts, track tickets for closure, etc.
  • Ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Streamline processes and participate in process improvement initiatives.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and healthcare billing processes.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Must have ability to read and comprehend contracts, identify areas that will require tracking as well as recognize discrepancies that may cause issues with customer billing and need to be addressed.
  • Must have the ability to manage priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to effectively carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with footprints ticketing system a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to review complex data and understand the trends.
  • Overall understanding of Nuance billing procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, highly motivated attitude, and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with position duties and scope of work and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of customer service with the ability to identify customer needs and expectations; respond in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity.
  • Familiarity with Nuance Healthcare Solutions
