A fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $170,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Requirements

• Explore Data: Dive deep into our data lake to understand the data, prepare data for analysis.
• Drive Analytical Insights: Support analytical projects by applying ML/statistical techniques to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
• Define Metrics & Experiment Design: Help define key metrics and contribute to experiment design (e.g., A/B testing) to monitor system health and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate on Technical Strategy: Partner with product, engineering, and data stakeholders to contribute to technical strategy and drive continuous improvements.
• Learn & Apply ML Best Practices: Continuously learn and apply best practices in ML system design, code quality, and reproducibility.
