Duties: Provide technical leadership and oversight by conducting design reviews, setting coding and modeling standards, and ensuring analytical rigor, validation, and compliance. Design and implement scalable analytical methods and tools leveraging diverse datasets from disparate sources, utilizing advanced modeling techniques to generate insights while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficient processing at scale. Focus on real-time streaming analytics, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision, and root cause analysis, to identify clients risks and opportunities within portfolios. Lead and manage a data science team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development of direct reports. Lead data science projects to evaluate customer financial behavior across deposit accounts, credit cards, and lending products, and focus on operational metrics, engineering performance indicators, or scientific research metrics to generate comprehensive customer profiles and inform strategic decision-making.
