The data science team at FocusKPI builds models and machine learning algorithms that power all our clients' ad-tech/mar-tech products at scale, develops methodologies and tools to precisely and effectively measure market campaign effects, and researches in-house and public data sources for insights into consumer spending behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Support clients' modeling needs, including maintenance, enhancement of existing measurement and targeting solutions, and timely, high-quality delivery.
- Developing innovative and automated solutions for custom needs, leveraging appropriate AI/ML/statistical tools.
- Mine large consumer datasets in the cloud environment to support ad hoc business and statistical analysis.
- Provide analytical/statistical support for marketing test design, campaign measurement, and market insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate methodologies and results to management, clients, and other non-technical stakeholders.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics, or other fields requires advanced data modeling and analytics training.
- Ph.D. degree in statistics/mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field
- Deep understanding and solid knowledge of the fundamentals of statistical reasoning and ML models.
- Experience with causal inference, marketing mix models (MMM), and multi-touch attribution models are highly valued and are mandatory to have
- An added advantage is familiarity with deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI.
- Skilled in conceptualizing complex business problems and designing practical, effective modeling and analytical solutions to address them.
- Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experienced and comfortable working with standard big data tools, including cloud platforms, database technologies, and parallel processing frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, collaborative, keen attention to detail, willing and capable to learn quickly, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment.
- Great communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
