Data Reporting and Analysis Intern
Remote in U.S.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or part time 20 hours a week

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Data Reporting team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a new data source report library and enhance existing reports by implementing updated filters and logic. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Assist in building a new report library by integrating new data sources and applying standardized filters.
• Report Maintenance: Update and optimize existing reports to align with evolving business requirements and data structures.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of report logic, data sources, and filter criteria for future reference.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product owners, and end-users to ensure successful report delivery.
• Learning & Development: Gain exposure to reporting tools and best practices in data governance.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current rate is 22/hr.
