The Data Quality Administrator is responsible for inbound data entry and ongoing data maintenance. They also provide general administrative and organizational support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initial entry of new referrals and ongoing maintenance of data updates on the file

  • Entering medical benefit data

  • Triaging emails to internal stakeholders

  • Contact & Account creation

  • Working various projects compiled of files needing data updates/review

  • Opening, scanning, & entering mailed in medical allocation reports

  • Collaborating with team members to tackle large volume projects together

  • Other varied data and administrative activities as necessary

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of Data Entry/Data QA experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information

  • Experience reading/summarizing legal or policy documents

  • Comfortability with Microsoft Office products

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred

  • Ability to take direction and guidance and develop independence with respect to workload

  • Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement

The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00-$24.00 per hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
