Who You Are:

You are a product manager who brings structure, accountability, and momentum to complex data science-driven initiatives. You are highly execution-focused, consistently setting clear priorities, defining success metrics, and driving teams to hit deadlines while maintaining quality. You actively manage and support data science teams, keeping workstreams on track, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery against roadmap commitments. You maintain a strong pulse on external innovation—continuously scanning the landscape for new methodologies, tools, and advancements—and bring forward opportunities for the team to test and incorporate. You have a solid understanding of data science workflows and can translate technical concepts into scalable, customer-facing products. You are both pragmatic and forward-thinking, ensuring innovation ties directly to business impact, and you communicate effectively across stakeholders while taking full ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive execution of the data science product roadmap, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time against defined success metrics
  • Partner closely with data science and engineering to translate models and experiments into scalable, customer-facing product capabilities
  • Continuously evaluate external innovations and emerging technologies, bringing forward opportunities for testing and integration that improve performance and differentiate Pixability’s offering
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing models, ensuring ongoing accuracy, stability, and continuous improvement over time
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by gathering feedback and insights, and use that input to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions

What You Bring to the Party:

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of data science, machine learning, or analytics-driven products
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution and consistently deliver complex, cross-functional projects on time
  • Strong understanding of data science workflows, including experimentation, model development, evaluation, and deployment
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and engineers, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Proven track record of managing ambiguity, setting priorities, and making data-informed decisions that drive business outcomes
  • Ability to monitor and interpret model performance, including defining success metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort working with data to inform product decisions and measure impact
  • Experience incorporating customer feedback into product planning and prioritization
  • Awareness of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and ad tech, with the ability to translate external innovation into actionable product opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences around goals, timelines, and trade-offs
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL (required) and familiarity with Python or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with brand suitability, contextual targeting, or inventory quality tools
  • Familiarity with Advertising ecosystem

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with YouTube measurement/verification ecosystems (DV, IAS, Moat, etc.)
  • Experience with Looker

The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,00 including a potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
