About This Role:

The Data Partner is an important role that supports the Forrester Decisions research products. This position is responsible for direct client engagement and content creation utilizing Forrester’s survey data. This includes fulfilling requests from senior-level practitioners in the target roles Forrester Decisions supports for customized data cuts, which the Data Partner delivers in a format that makes the most sense for the client—email or phone, spreadsheets or slides.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the internal support team to create client-ready PowerPoint or Excel files that address clients’ custom data requests.

  • Write business-focused insights based on the results of the custom data requested by clients.

  • Lead guidance sessions calls, when needed, to walk through the insights and data requested by the client.

  • Collaborate with Research colleagues to ensure that guidance provided through data aligns with strategic Forrester Decisions research.

  • Contribute to process, service-level, and collaborative ecosystem best practice discussions for guidance session delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • One to three years of related experience in market research, marketing, data analytics, or client management roles, preferably with research firms or interactive agencies.

  • Comfort operating in a consistently evolving environment.

  • Experience translating complex quantitative analysis into simple, business-focused stories.

  • Superior communication skills and a proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.

  • Ability to effectively guide internal and external clients even in situations where limited context is given.

  • Proven ability to successfully balance client and internal responsibilities.

Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisitionThis salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate’s primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials. Base salary range: $71,000-115,000
