The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

As a Senior Associate Data Owner within the Wealth Management Data and Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and improving the customer experience. You will ensure data is documented, of high quality, and well-protected, supporting business objectives and advanced analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage subject matter expertise to define metadata and classifiers critical to the business area.
- Execute processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle.
- Develop operational procedures for data delivery supporting business operations and strategic objectives.
- Define and document data requirements to ensure understanding across business functions.
- Partner with technology and business resources to investigate and remediate data issues.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve data issues promptly.
- Develop relationships with data providers and consumers, including Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Control functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 8+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
- Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes.
- Technical knowledge of data management, governance, big data platforms, or data architecture.
- Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Structured thinker with good business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
