Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Data Marketing Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. This is a prime opportunity to advance your career, gain international experience, and play a key role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making.

Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premium well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) – Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time)

What You’ll Do:

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks.

·       Analyze data related to incentive programs using SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.

·       Validate data pipelines built by data engineering to ensure accurate data flow.

·       Research market trends and help identify opportunities for advanced analytics projects.

·       Estimate the financial impact of incentive programs using historical data.

Requirements

Experience:

·       3-5  years of experience.



Skills:

·       Proficiency in English

·       Bachelor's degree

·       SQL – Advanced

·       Power BI - Entry Level

·       Python – Intermediate

Excel - Intermediate
