- Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
- Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
- Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, to create reports for customers
- Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant technical or business work experience: 3 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; demonstrated understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools using Tableau; effective written and verbal communication skills
