Data Entry Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support data processing and administrative tasks. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and timely data management across internal systems.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who work well independently and are comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a remote environment.

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems or databases.
  

• Review information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields.
  

• Organize digital files and documentation.
  

• Follow data handling procedures and confidentiality standards.
  

• Meet daily or weekly productivity targets.
  

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles (preferred).
  

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or data systems.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Compensation: Open to negotiation, based on experience.
  

• Location: 100% Remote.
