Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous, motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing high volumes of critical business data and ensuring data integrity. You will be the foundation for maintaining organized, high-quality information that supports decision-making across the organization.  

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely input of a high volume of data from various source documents into internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights related to data quality and input volume for decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume data entry or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of data management best practices and excellent proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
  • This is a long term/temporary position
