We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, organize, and maintain company information and records. The Data Entry Clerk will work with databases, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems to ensure information is complete, accurate, and up to date.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Verify data by comparing it with source documents and records.
  • Correct errors and identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
  • Process invoices, forms, reports, applications, orders, and other business documents.
  • Perform regular data cleanup and record updates.
  • Retrieve information from databases and prepare basic reports when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Scan, upload, file, and organize documents electronically.
  • Assist other departments with administrative and data-related tasks.
  • Respond to requests for information and provide accurate records when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
