Job Description:
The Patient Feedback Data Entry Clerk enters and organizes feedback, surveys, and customer satisfaction data gathered from patients using the Turquoise Health platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input patient feedback data from surveys into the customer experience database
- Organize feedback by themes such as pricing transparency, provider satisfaction, and system ease-of-use
- Analyze and flag any recurring issues for the Customer Experience team
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in generating reports from feedback for analysis and decision-making
- Coordinate with the marketing and support teams to address patient concerns
