This role involves entering and managing claims data, billing details, and payment information for healthcare services provided through Turquoise Health’s platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input healthcare billing information, claims, and payment status data
- Verify the accuracy of claims data submitted by healthcare providers
- Assist with resolving discrepancies in billing or payment data
- Work with finance teams to ensure the accuracy of claims reporting
- Ensure that all billing data complies with industry standards and regulations
- Provide support in generating financial reports related to healthcare billing
