Position Summary
As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate and communicate with business owners, data scientists, team members and IT stakeholders. You will build next-generation data products using Big Data frameworks on GCP. The goal is to deliver data products from proof of concept to scalable solutions based on business priorities and impact.
Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of cloud computing (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • 2 to 3 year of programming experience with modern languages like Python.
  • Working Experience of Databases (Transactional, OLAP, GCP Native – Big Query).
  • Experience writing complex pipelines using Python, SQL and cloud native services.
  • Working knowledge of API
  • Understanding of architecture best practices to enable scalable solutions for data engineering pipelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCP certification.
  • Knowledge of AI.
  • Knowledge ML models.
  • Medicare domain knowledge.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$86,520.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
