As an AI & Data Solutions Intern on Cloudera’s Business Solutions Commercialization (BPC) team, you will support cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Cloudera’s AI-driven product solutions and strategic growth.
In this role, you will gain exposure to real-world AI use cases, modern data architectures, and how they’re applied across industries like Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. You will work alongside experienced solution architects and business leaders to contribute to the development of reusable technical assets, use case documentation, and industry-aligned solution concepts.
This is a hands-on, learning-focused position ideal for students or recent graduates looking to bridge the gap between AI technology and business impact in a customer-facing context.

As an AI & Data Solutions Intern you will:
- Support the creation of AI and data use cases, reference architectures, and solution assets used by field and product teams.
- Assist in mapping technical solutions to business problems, aligning with Cloudera’s product and industry strategy.
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions with product, marketing, and field teams to understand how AI/ML is applied in enterprise scenarios.
- Help maintain solution documentation that aligns with Cloudera’s Product Solutions Roadmap.
- Contribute to customer-facing materials and internal presentations used in industry solution discussions.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in AI, big data, and cloud-native architectures to support content creation and research.
We are excited if You Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business & Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI/ML and big data technologies (prior hands-on experience a plus).
- Ability to communicate both technical and business ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: Python, SQL, Spark, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Curiosity about how data and AI are used across industries to solve real-world problems.
You may also have:
- Exposure to tools and concepts such as data pipelines, model deployment, or business intelligence.
- Participation in AI/data-related coursework, competitions, or personal projects.
- Interest in working with product marketing, strategy, or industry-specific solutioning.
