The Data & Analytics team partners across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Growth to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insight. We work with large‑scale, real‑world data and responsibly apply advanced analytics and AI to support high‑impact decisions across the healthcare ecosystem.

As Surescripts grows, Data & Analytics plays a central role in shaping our strategy. The work spans end‑to‑end analytics, advanced methods, and modern data and AI platforms using machine learning, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows to increase rigor, speed, and scale in a highly regulated, high‑impact domain where results truly matter.

Team members are given meaningful ownership, work through ambiguity, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver decision‑ready insights.

Surescripts embraces flexibility through its Flexible Hybrid Work model for most positions. This model allows employees to work virtually while still utilizing our offices as collaboration centers. With alignment and agreement from your leadership, you can come and go from the office as needed.
