- Work directly with business, IT, and internal audit to analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and provide insights effectively documented to summarize results, assumptions, and conclusions to the team.
- Consistently deliver quality analytics and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about project progress and aligned with expected outcomes.
- Support internal audit annual risk assessment and planning activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process and control improvements and application of advanced analytics and automation in audit processes.
- Establish relationships with business, IT, and internal audit personnel at appropriate levels and transfer knowledge to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate in -depth technical capabilities and ability to assimilate new knowledge.
- Stay current with data analytic techniques/technology and business relevant industry trends.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
- Good organization skills to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and ability to manage and work with external consultants

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree completed in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
- Experience using business intelligence tools and data bases, applying advanced analytics and data reporting techniques in a large complex environment
- Experience using Data Visualizations tools (PowerBI preferred) including desktop and server deployment, or similar front end data solutions (e.g., IBM Cognos, Business Objects, MS Excel, MS Access, Databricks) including ability to design and implement canned / Ad Hoc reports and complex dashboard solutions
- Experience with data acquisition and manipulation, ETL (Knime preferred), modeling, and in writing various SQL development software packages.
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- MBA or MS degree preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Business Intelligence, CPA CA, CIA, CFE, CPIM, CISA)
- Data analytics tools certifications (e.g., PowerBI, Python)
- Project management, internal audit and/or business
- Prior experience with recognized consulting firm
