The Data Analyst oversees machine learning model development, dashboard creation, and data lifecycle management for the MEDCHART system, ensuring data quality and communication with stakeholders.

Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you play a vital role overseeing and building machine learning models, developing interactive dashboards, and managing the data lifecycle for the MEDCHART system.
Required Clearance: Secret w/ability to obtain TS.
Required Education: Bachelor’ s Degree in relevant field.
Required Experience: Six (6) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee the development of machine learning models to extract meaningful insights from MEDCHART system data.
•Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to define model requirements and objectives.
•Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
•Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
•Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
•Collaborate with data scientists, IT professionals, and other relevant teams to integrate machine learning models into operational systems.
•Ensure seamless data flow between different components of the MEDCHART system.
•Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on machine learning and data visualization.
Requirements:
•Strong programming skills (Python, R, etc.) for data analysis and model development.
•Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
•Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
•Proficiency in machine learning model development and implementation.
•Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
•Excellent data visualization and dashboard development skills.
•Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications: CAP, CCA Data Analyst, or SAS certified Data Scientist
