Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, troubleshoot user issues, assist with system maintenance, gather business needs, train end users, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
THE ROLE: Kinaxis Stabilization Manager - Temporary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, including troubleshooting user issues, resolving data errors, and escalating system concerns when needed.
- Assist with Kinaxis system maintenance activities, testing, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Gather business needs and help create business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional documentation for system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities for new system functionality and integrations.
- Train end users on newly implemented functionality, system updates, and standard processes to support adoption and effective system usage.
- Support data accuracy and master-data management activities across planning and inventory systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory to support operational processes and system usage.
- Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support consistent ways of working.
- Monitor system performance and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, scorecards and dashboards
- Continued education and training for users on best practice/ways of working within Kinaxis
- Support system integration and monitor data flow between Kinaxis, Datalake and D365.
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- 7-12 in Supply Chain/Ops based role. Minimum of 5 years experience within Kinaxis as a SME or Technical Support.
- Deep Knowledge of Kinaxis specializing in Supply Planning functionality.
- Advanced understanding of planning parameters and impact on planning model
- Experience planning Supply Plans on Inventory with Expiry
- Strong User Training/Documentation experience
- Advanced Excel Data analysis
- Experience coaching and developing managers and technical SMEs within a Center of Excellence model.
