The D365 Developer will manage and enhance applications for the Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring high-quality solutions through development, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

PingWind is seeking an D365 Developer to join our team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a fully remote position responsible for Development of applications including management, enhancement, integration, implementation, maintenance, modernization, data integrity and infrastructure support for enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Build reports, dashboards, and views
• Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients
• Design, configure, test and deploy changes to database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance high-quality code for full-lifecycle applications, incorporating updates based on user requests.
• Manage D365 security protocols.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members, serving as a mentor to help the team grow.
• Collaborate on a range of activities including development, testing, and automation to achieve team goals.
• Aid in the requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
• Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
• Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
• Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to improving the processes and policies within program.
• Peer review code written by other ETL Developers
• Ensure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficient working with D365, PowerApps, and Power BI
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Expert communication and client management skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations
• Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
• Outcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results
• U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
