We primarily work with private and public enterprises, government agencies, and universities offering a full range of services including Security Risk Assessments, Incident Response, Forensics, Cyber as a Service, MDR and Predictive Human Threat Intelligence.
iCOUNTER helps companies to counter targeted cyber-attacks through precision risk intelligence. Since 2020, iCOUNTER has provided customers across the U.S. with predictive, actionable intelligence to defend against cyber threats of nation-states, ransom groups and other malicious actors, preventing collective losses worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Position Overview
Apollo is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Recruiting Lead to build and lead our recruiting function from the ground up. As our first dedicated recruiter, you will establish our talent acquisition strategy and processes while directly sourcing top-tier candidates, across the breadth of our business- from sales to threat intelligence.
We view talent acquisition as a major differentiator for our business and anchor to our growth strategy. We are looking to build an elite team and are seeking the best in the business for our Recruiting Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the talent acquisition process from intake to close, regularly improving to yield ever better results in terms of quality and speed
- Serve as the initial in-house recruiter for the company
- Prospect potential candidates and build pipeline through targeted and strategic outbound
- Define the TA tech stack and processes, automating where it makes sense
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build job specs and configure the right process for each job requisition
- Help build the employer brand and ensure excellent candidate experiences
- Track and report on key metrics
- As the team grows, you will transition to a player/coach role, mentoring junior recruiters while continuing to source top talent
Required Qualifications
- Extensive talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated track record of success sourcing top-tier talent
- Deep recruiting experience in cybersecurity. Ideally with an existing network in relevant job types (consultants, engineers, sales, etc)
- Experience building / improving recruiting functions and processes, with a strong perspective on 'what good looks like'
- Exceptional networking abilities and proven success engaging passive candidates
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess candidate qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leadership
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in both internal and agency recruiter roles
- Talent acquisition department or team leadership experience
- Experience configuring and improving the TA tech stack
- Experience building a TA team from the ground up
