Who we are looking for

The Cyber Communications & Learning, AVP, will play a key role in driving our organization’s cyber transformation. This role will focus on delivering strategic, engaging, and educational content to enhance employees’ cybersecurity awareness and behaviors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in campaign development, and the ability to translate cybersecurity topics into digestible, action-oriented learning materials.

What you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute structured cybersecurity awareness campaigns aligned with organizational priorities and emerging cyber threats.
  • Create compelling content, including articles, graphics, microlearning modules, videos, and internal communication posts, to reinforce key security messages.
  • Maintain and enhance awareness for cybersecurity across internal platforms, including SharePoint sites and other communication channels.
  • Drive situational awareness by leveraging data-driven insights to inform communication strategies.
  • Partner with security leaders and subject matter experts to stay informed on the evolving threat landscape and incorporate insights into awareness materials.
  • Develop and maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and learning interventions, making data-driven improvements as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, cybersecurity awareness, or learning & development.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
