Location: While this role is open to remote candidates across the United States, team members located within 40 miles of our Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256) are expected to work onsite four days per week to support collaboration, speed, and execution. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

As a CX Specialist supporting Enterprise customers, you'll partner with some of Nextiva's largest and most strategic customers to help them strengthen customer relationships, modernize their customer experience, and accelerate business growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, combining strategic account management with consultative selling to uncover new opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes through Nextiva's AI-powered Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building executive relationships, navigating complex organizations, and helping enterprise customers realize long-term value from their technology investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, developing long-term strategies that drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders by understanding their business priorities, customer experience goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead complex expansion opportunities from discovery through negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with Nextiva solutions while identifying new opportunities across business units and stakeholders.
  • Deliver consultative presentations and tailored product demonstrations that connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Channel Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct executive business reviews that demonstrate value, measure progress, and identify future growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account forecasts, and opportunity plans using Salesforce.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools, customer insights, and automation to improve account planning, prioritize opportunities, personalize customer engagement, and increase productivity.
  • Stay current on industry trends, AI innovations, and customer experience technologies to serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining a customer-first approach that supports long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales or strategic account management experience with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • 3+ years selling enterprise CCaaS, UCaaS, CX, CRM, AI, SaaS, or cloud-based technology solutions.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Proven success building relationships with executive leaders within Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, and account planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities, manage complex pipelines, and forecast accurately.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to manage customer relationships and sales performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to customer outcomes, operational improvements, and business value.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a willingness to responsibly adopt AI-enabled tools that improve customer engagement, decision-making, and sales effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Unified Customer Experience Management (CXM), Contact Center, Customer Experience, Communications, or AI-powered enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with strategic channel partners or partner-led enterprise sales motions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or Miller Heiman.
  • Experience supporting customers through digital transformation or large-scale cloud modernization initiatives.

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate's qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses. 

The expected hiring range is $110,000 - $170,000, including annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. Some sales roles are paid hourly with overtime eligibility. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
