What you can expect​

 We are seeking a senior leader to Develop and implement comprehensive CX solution offerings across various industry verticals, Geos and market segments.. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape the offerings, identify key dependencies, deliver high-impact strategic programs and launch via our GTM teams to accelerate sales.

The focus is on creating and delivering unique offerings  to enable direct, overlay, and channel sales. This leader will also drive internal awareness of our Zoom Contact Center offering and improve operational efficiency. Extensive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Product, Engineering, and Communications is essential to capitalize on our market momentum.

 About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence. Additionally, ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end CX solutions for specific verticals (e.g., healthcare, BPOs, financial services, retail)

  • Integrate existing Zoom portfolio assets and ISV partner offerings to develop disruptive and market leading offerings

  • Oversee development of marketing assets and awareness campaigns

  • Fostering Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to ensure offerings are supported across all lines of business.

  • Developing Strategic Playbooks – Create frameworks for crafting go-to-market messaging and strategies in a  global market

  • Managing Knowledge Assets – Oversee tools and training platforms to enable seller development and resource accessibility.

  • Establishing Accountability Systems – Build reporting and inspection processes to track enablement effectiveness, adoption and growth (pipeline and sales) of developed offerings

  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert – Maintain deep knowledge of ZCC, competitors, and internal processes to guide sales strategy and execution.

What we’re looking for
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the Contact Center & conversational intelligence and verticals within the CX space

  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • 8+ years of proven experience in developing CX offerings across global regions with focus on driving measurable results

  • Demonstrate proven experience in leading others with product & value based selling training; sales best practices

  • Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results with bringing new solutions to market

  • Able to travel both domestically and abroad

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,500.00

Maximum:

$276,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
